May Supper Club serves up Savory Dishes for Spring
Cima Collina Winery’s Supper Club dinner features Chef Rima Mazzeo Crow. Locally known for her organic and sustainable cooking. She worked as a personal chef in France and Italy, before returning to the Peninsula where she has catered for more than thirty years.
Supper Club Dinners (no membership required): A series of culinary sessions that will deepen your understanding of the complementary and contrasting flavors found between food and wine. Each themed dinner is held on the second Thursday of each month. Each dinner will feature wines, selected by the winemaker, specific to each course. Buy 4 Supper Club dinners and get the 5th Supper Club dinner for 50% off ticket price.

2:00 PM Chef Brandon Miller from Mundaka will demo how to make Paella.
3:00 PM Chef Michael Kimmel from Tarpy’s will demo the art of using edible flowers for creating incredible meals!
4:00 PM Chef Jon Kasky for Paradise Catering will do a live grill demonstration.

Learn about gardening. Learn how to prepare a site. How to use herbs.
3:30 PM Master Gardener Warren Knox demo
There will be a display of raised bed garden boxes in the parking lot.
The Chefs will use one of the edible Knox Garden boxes for the cooking demonstrations.
